I’ve worked at PCS since September 2007. A lot has changed since then. But it’s this change that gives me so much satisfaction in my job as a manager at PCS. It is a dynamic, innovative world that is constantly in motion. Contact with clients and candidates is a key priority. For me, the focus is on the wishes of the employer and the candidate.

I have been part of the team since 2 November 2015, and on a daily basis I am able to show how much passion I have for the industry. My first contact with the industry was via a previous employer, and it was when I first visited the sites and projects that I knew I wanted to stay in this industry.

I have been working at PCS since July 2018. After completing my education (Bachelor of commerce) at the university of applied sciences Rotterdam, I started my career in the (petro) chemical industry. My first steps in the industry were as a Document Controller at Shell Pernis, after that I’ve spent six years at a affiliate of PCS which is specialized in the secondment of tank storage operators.

I started at PCS in 2015 as an intern working on my final thesis. I have been a full-time member of the PCS team since July 2015. The world of petrochemicals and recruitment was fairly new for me. I wanted to write my final thesis at PCS because I’d already held an internship in recruitment and I really liked it. What’s more, I’ve always been fascinated by the process industry.

In June 2018, I started at PCS. Before I started working here, I gained my first experience as a recruiter at an employment agency located in Spijkenisse. This work mainly concerns low-threshold functions such as charlady’s or plumbers. Therefor I started looking for a more challenging adventure, which I’ve found at PCS.

Since May 2018, I am working at PCS as a recruiter. before this I gained more than a year of experience in a similar position within another industry. The reason that I made the switch to PCS is because the personal approach that PCS has towards her candidates and clients

Before I started working at PCS, I worked as an intermediary at a employment agency. Administration has always been my passion and when the employment agency was taken over by another company, I started as a back office employee at PCS. I have been working here for over 10 years with great pleasure and since 2014 as team leader of the back office.
